Swimming Pool
The Raspberry Falls community swimming pool is a wonderful amenity for residents of all ages to enjoy throughout the summer months. Open to all families and their guests, the HOA often hosts opening and closing parties as well as monthly ice cream socials.
The pool is maintained through Continental Pools, LLC and staffed with certified life guards employed by that provider.
The pool house recently went under a total renovation designed by the renown Janelle Marshall of Distinctive Designs and constructed by the highly acclaimed contracting firm Creative Works. In 2021 the pool deck furniture was updated with all new high grade quality furniture from South Beach Inc which adorns the decks and provide the community with an upscale and aesthetically pleasing look to compliment our beautiful swimming facility.
Tennis Courts
The Raspberry Falls community tennis courts are two state of the art courts recently resurfaced by award winning and nationally acclaimed contractor Bishops Tennis. The synthetic surface “Pro Cushion” provides world class superior play ability with a great weather tolerant surface and a force reduction component to insure superior feel and planarity for players of all ages and abilities.
The courts are open to all residents from from dawn to dusk and require proper footwear and adherence to the posted rules and regulations involving common courtesy to fellow players and care of the court surface.
