We are receiving many inquiries about registering for residents only access. On or about February 12, 2008 a letter from the Board was mailed to all then current residents announcing the launch of the website. Instructions for registering are contained in the letter along with each resident's unique Authorization Code.

Request a copy of your letter

If you have misplaced the letter or no longer have your copy, we can send you a PDF copy via email. Simply drop a quick email to the HOA manager requesting a copy. You will need to provide your name and street address to validate that you are a current resident in good standing.

Future residents with a ratified purchase contract with your developer

Future homeowners having a new home built can request information about registration from the HOA manager.

Future residents with a ratified sales contract on a Raspberry resale home

The HOA receives notice from the settlement company transferring HOA membership to you. This process can potentially take from 30 to 60 days. To expedite the process, new homeowners should contact the HOA manager directly providing the necessary information and documentation about your purchase.
